• Beam Splitting coating

Both metal and dielectric beamsplitter coatings are offered for glass, plastic and fiberoptic components. These films are typically designed for your specific transmission / reflection ratio, wavelength region, polarization, incident angle and incident medium. Low polarization and custom designs are available upon request. Many designs are deposited at low temperature with excellent environmental properties.

  • Plastic Substrates

Core Optronics offers low temperature coating processes for acrylic, polycarbonate, CR-39 and other polymer optics. Custom designs are available to meet your exact spectral specifications.

  •  Glass Substrates

Glass substrates are coated with a high temperature process for maximum environmental durability in accordance with MIL-C-48497. Take advantage of our free in house coating design services to obtain beamsplitter coatings to your exact specifications.

  • Fiberoptic Components

Core Optronics’ low temperature processes for fiberends and other temperature sensitive devices produce dense stable films that meet extended heat and humidity requirements. Custom designs are available through our free in house design services.

Specifications:

Standard wavelengths are: 532 nm, 633 nm, 780 nm, 1060 nm, 1550 nm.
The examples of typical beamsplitting coatings are shown on the figures below:
